Zibert Weissbier brewed according to the German classical traditions and in accordance to the beer purity Law from 1516. In other words it contains at least 50% of wheat malt that gives the beer a characteristic yellowish-white color.
Beer Zibert Weissbier unfiltered, so it contains the remains of special yeast that causes its specific turbidity, sediment and pronounced yeast flavor. A characteristic feature of Zibert Weissbier is a great hat of dense granular foam with creamy white color.
